Using Quontessa services
These terms apply to quontessa.com and products or services of Quontessa AI LLC that link to these terms. Quontessa AI LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
A separate order, product-specific agreement, or signed service agreement may set additional terms. That agreement controls a conflict about the service it covers. These terms do not replace mandatory rights under applicable law.
Use a service only if you can enter the applicable agreement or have permission from the business responsible for the account. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Accounts and connected services
Provide accurate account and business information. Protect your credentials, give access only to authorized people, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. A business is responsible for managing its workspace and the instructions its authorized users give.
Connect only third-party accounts and assets you are authorized to manage. Meta, WhatsApp, and other providers apply their own terms, policies, eligibility rules, permissions, and charges. Connecting a service does not guarantee approval, uninterrupted availability, delivery, or access to every provider feature.
Responsible use
Use the services lawfully and within the scope agreed for your product. Do not use them for fraud, spam, unlawful discrimination, harassment, impersonation, unauthorized access, or infringement. Do not bypass access controls or interfere with another user's service.
Businesses are responsible for the communications they initiate, required permissions and notices, the accuracy of their business content, and compliance with the rules that apply to their use. Do not send sensitive or regulated information unless the particular service and your agreement expressly support that use.
Automation and AI features
Automated and AI features can produce errors or misunderstand a request. Review outputs and consequential actions as appropriate for the workflow. An appointment, message delivery, payment, or other external action is confirmed only by the relevant service's actual result.
General messaging and AI features are not emergency services or a substitute for qualified medical, legal, or other professional judgment. For an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you provide and must have permission to provide it. You authorize Quontessa and the providers needed for your selected features to process that content to operate and support the service, subject to the applicable agreement and privacy notice.
Quontessa retains its rights in its software, branding, and service materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of them. Our privacy policy explains information handling, and our data deletion instructions explain how to request removal.
Service scope and commercial terms
Features, fees, billing, cancellation, support, and any service commitments are specified in the order, checkout, or agreement for your product. Website descriptions do not create a separate service level or a promise that a feature is available in every product.
Additional warranty, responsibility, and liability terms may be set out in your service agreement. Nothing here excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Changes and access
We may update a service or these terms as our products and requirements change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate for the affected service. The date above identifies this version.
Access may be limited or suspended to address misuse, a security issue, a legal requirement, or a breach of the applicable agreement. Cancellation, termination, and data handling remain subject to your agreement and applicable law.
