Send a deletion request
Email contact.quontessa@gmail.com with the subject Quontessa data deletion request.
Include only the information needed to locate the relevant records:
- The Quontessa product or service you used.
- The email address or WhatsApp phone number associated with it, including the country code.
- The business or workspace you interacted with, if applicable.
- Whether you want an account, a connected integration, or particular information removed.
Please do not include your password, access tokens, a full identity document, medical records, or payment card details. If you are acting for another person or a business, tell us your role; we may need to verify your authority through a separate, appropriate process.
Disconnect a Meta or WhatsApp integration
You can remove our app's access using the relevant Facebook or Meta account's app or business integration settings. If the Quontessa product offers a disconnect control, you can use that control instead. You can also email us to request help disconnecting.
To request deletion of information already held by Quontessa, send the request described above and identify the connected business or account. Disconnecting an integration and deleting stored information are separate actions.
What happens next
We review the request, verify that it concerns your account or information, and identify which records Quontessa controls. We then explain the action taken or any information we need to complete the request. We respond within the time required by applicable law.
If a business controls the records, such as a clinic's appointment or customer record, we may direct you to that business and act on its authorized instructions. Deleting a Quontessa account does not itself cancel an appointment or another agreement with that business.
When deletion applies, it can include relevant account or contact details, integration credentials and configuration, and service records held by Quontessa. The exact scope depends on the product and your request.
Records held elsewhere or retained by law
We may retain records needed for a legal obligation, a dispute, security, or another applicable exception. We explain any relevant limits on your request. Backup copies may remain until their normal expiry and are handled under the same protections.
We cannot delete information held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, or a business you contacted. Contact that provider or business about its own records. This process does not delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account.
