Who we are and what this covers
Quontessa AI LLC ("Quontessa", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company. This notice applies to quontessa.com and the Quontessa products, applications, and integrations that link to it, including our business messaging services.
A product may provide additional notices about its features, providers, and data handling. Products with a separate privacy policy are governed by that policy. Adding a new product does not mean that every feature described here is available in that product.
When a business uses our software to serve its own customers, that business determines the purposes of its customer records. We process those records to provide the service on the business's instructions. The business's own privacy notice also applies. Quontessa is responsible for information used for our own website, account administration, support, and business operations.
Information we handle
- Contact and account information: names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization details, account identifiers, roles, and the information you send in inquiries or support requests.
- Connected accounts: identifiers for the accounts and assets you authorize, configuration, permissions, and access credentials needed for the integration you choose.
- Communications: message content, supported attachments, phone numbers, message identifiers, timestamps, and delivery or interaction events. Voice features may process audio and, where enabled and disclosed, recordings or transcripts.
- Service records: information needed for the chosen workflow, such as an appointment request, service selection, or a business's instructions.
- Technical information: IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps, diagnostics, and security events generated when you use our services.
The information collected depends on the product, the features enabled, the permissions granted, and what you or the business provide. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, payment card details, or health information through a general inquiry or ordinary messaging conversation.
How we use information
We use information to provide and support the requested service; authenticate users and manage access; operate authorized integrations; deliver messages and service workflows; respond to inquiries and privacy requests; diagnose failures and protect against misuse; administer our business relationship; and meet applicable legal obligations.
Some features use automated or AI processing to produce a response, understand speech, or carry out a configured workflow. Relevant content and context may be sent to the providers used for that feature. Outputs can be inaccurate and require appropriate human review. Product-specific notices and agreements describe any additional use of customer content.
Where a processing activity requires consent, the relevant service or business must obtain it. You can withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing, subject to the effect on features that need that information.
WhatsApp and Meta integrations
If you connect a WhatsApp Business account, we use the permissions you authorize to operate the integration. This can include account and phone number identifiers, business settings, message templates, message content, delivery events, and usage information needed to send, receive, or manage your business messages.
Messages sent to a connected business pass through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and our service. The business also receives and controls its customer communications. Meta operates its own services under its own terms and privacy notices; this notice does not replace them.
You can revoke an integration's access through the relevant platform settings or ask us to help disconnect it. Revoking access stops the authorized connection; it does not automatically erase records already held by the business, Meta, or other independent providers. Where information is processed
Quontessa is registered in the United States. Depending on the product and its providers, information may be processed in the United States, the United Arab Emirates, or other locations. A hosting region for one component does not establish where every external messaging, identity, or AI provider processes information.
Any agreed restrictions on location or regulated information must be specified for the particular service. A general WhatsApp connection does not establish that a service is approved for handling health information or other regulated records.
Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, considering the service being provided, the business's instructions, account status, security needs, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention is not the same for all products or record types. Ask us or the relevant business about the retention that applies to your service.
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including controls on access. No system is completely secure. Information that must be retained for a legal obligation, security, or a dispute may be kept after a deletion request; backups may also take additional time to expire.
Your choices and requests
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction, or an objection to particular processing. Contact contact.quontessa@gmail.com with enough information to identify the relevant product and account. We may need to verify your control of the account or your authority to act for someone else.
For records controlled by a business using Quontessa, contact that business first. We can help route a request and act on the business's authorized instructions. You may also have the right to raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.
For removal instructions, including Meta-connected data, read Request data deletion. To stop business messages, use an opt-out control offered by that business or contact the business directly.
Browser storage and external services
Linked products may use cookies or browser storage for authentication, security, and preferences. External fonts, content, login, and messaging features can receive technical information when your browser connects to them. You can manage browser storage through your browser, although blocking necessary storage can prevent a feature from working.
Product-specific notices and controls describe any optional analytics or advertising features. Links to third-party websites are governed by those providers' notices.
Updates and contact
We update this notice when our services or data handling change. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate for the affected service.
